Albert Einstein was a genius, no doubt. When people think of Geniuses, I’m sure his image pops in their heads. Was he insane? They say insanity is a step away from genius. I wonder if he crossed the line?

What is the insanity workout program? Because I have spent the majority of my time outside the United States since the year 2001, I have fallen behind on some of the latest trends that are going on in America or even other parts of the world for that matter. I believe heavily in exercise and eating the right way as the primary means to a healthier lifestyle. Although exercise for me normally equates to going to the gym to train with free-weights or lifting with the hammer strength weight-controlled machines there are many other ways for a person to get fit. In the 1990′s many people were using the very popular Billy Blank’s created, “Tae-Bo” fitness program to trim their body and get in shape.
